Senior Manager, Government Pricing

Pharmaceuticals Co. (Pennington, NJ) seeks Senior Manager, Government Pricing to manage all aspects related to the calculations and analysis of Government Pricing for all programs such as AMP, 5i AMP and BP to be in compliant with Medicaid Drug Rebate Program regulations, NFAMP and FCP for VA Healthcare Act regulations, ASP to be compliant with Medicare Part B regulations. quarterly 340B pricing in compliance with the PHSA. Review Government pricing data for accuracy and manage all government rebates and contracts. Oversee G P related claims processing and prepare periodic Management Reports. Oversee the calculation and analysis of product pricing regarding all federal and state Government programs and submission of various Quarterly Prices to CMS.  Utilize knowledge of chargeback processing and work closely with Contracts & Pricing, Chargeback, Trade Operations teams to address all upstream data issues, COT that impact government pricing reporting.  Mail resumes to HRD, Zydus Pharmaceuticals USA Inc., 73 Rt. 31 North, Pennington, NJ 08534
