EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT
SUMMARY
Provide senior-level administrative support in the performance and execution of all daily activities, objectives, long-term and special projects, exercising the utmost discretion and confidentiality. Organize and perform essential administrative responsibilities for executives. Exercise initiative to independently handle office support tasks, as well as perform specific duties to support executives and their direct reports.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- Monitor executive in-box(es) daily to highlight time-sensitive requests; print items for review and
- Manage executive electronic meeting calendar(s) in Outlook. Schedule appointments and send reminders to participants. Monitor schedules and activities and assist executives in being aware of appointments and timelines. Prepare a folder at end of day for next day's calendar to include any files and/or documents required for the next day's meetings and deadlines, assuring that follow-up action Items are complete and on-track with assignments and
- Coordinate and schedule appointments in a timely and cost effective manner, using own discretion when necessary, including meetings, luncheons, dinners, and other business functions; coordinate calendars of all participants, confirm appointments, assimilate and provide necessary documents for meetings; ensure conference rooms are reserved and prepared for meetings and restored after meetings; attend meetings and records/distribute minutes as requested, and follow up for information as
- Coordinate and schedule travel arrangements and hotel accommodations for any employees traveling in a timely and cost efficient
- Coordinate and handle trade show registrations and associated marketing give-aways.

- Follow up directly with Leadership staff and their administrative support to ensure information is distributed and/or communicated properly and has been completed as
- Create original and/or modify/customize existing letters, forms, or other documents based on knowledge of the business and Develop, update, and modify various reports according to project or process needs.
