SUMMARY:

Zydus Pharmaceuticals (USA) Inc. is seeking a candidate interested in portfolio management within the generics pharmaceutical industry to join our team in Pennington, NJ. This role will be responsible for analyzing products within Zydus' portfolio, including both commercial and pipeline products. The position will report to the VP of Marketing and Sales Operations and Manager, Marketing and Product Management. RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible for both existing products and new product launches
  • Utilize databases such as IQVIA to evaluate product opportunities, identify key trends, and monitor the competitive landscape of Zydus' portfolio
  • Assist in updating sales and manufacturing forecasts for products within the portfolio
  • Provide updated market share and molecule trend reports to the Sales & Marketing team on a regular basis
  • Assist in product launch planning and pipeline management as needed, including maintaining up to date data within launch tools
  • Assist with product initiation form procedures and processes
  • Support and participate in monthly R&D meetings
  • Assist in maintaining a database of all products within the Zydus portfolio
  • Create and update presentations for the team as needed
  • Assist with creation of marketing collateral (advertisements, corporate write ups, etc.)
  • Propose options and manage the ordering of corporate giveaways for tradeshows
  • Continuous improvement and development of marketing tools
  • Understand industry standards, Zydus policies, processes, and business standards
  • Perform other related duties and ad hoc responsibilities as required.

QUALIFICATIONS – SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS:

  • Excellent Excel, Access, Word, and PowerPoint skills required
  • Experience with IQVIA preferred
  • Ability to work independently as well as within a team environment
  • Ability to prioritize and work well within a dynamic environment
  • Self-starter who can be effective with minimal supervision
  • Analytical with a keen attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to grasp concepts and ideas quickly and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Quantitative mindset
  • Ability to resolve complex issues both autonomously and in a team environment

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Pharmaceutical/generics experience preferred
